This includes overseeing the work of contractors, ensuring installation activities are completed on time and within budget, and that the installation meets requirements and specifications. The Installation Manager also interfaces with other internal departments, subcontractors, and client to support integration of the system and testing of its functionality.How You'll Make an ImpactPlan and coordinate the installation of tolling system equipment, ensuring quality execution and on-time completion of all onsite activities.Provide leadership and oversight to Field Services Supervisors, Field Service Technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams performing installations, modifications, and repairs.Coordinate resources and schedules across the entire project lifecycle, working closely with Project Managers and key stakeholders.Serve as the primary customer interface for all installation-related activities, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project.Develop installation strategies, project installation plans, schedules, resource plans, readiness reviews, and subcontractor scopes of work.Conduct site visits, subcontractor walkthroughs, site acceptance reviews, and installation readiness assessments to support successful project delivery.Review and interpret electrical and civil drawings, schematics, and design packages, including facilitating page-turn reviews with internal and external teams.Manage project inventory, installation documentation, field change tracking, configuration records, checklists, and daily installation updates through JIRA.Ensure compliance with Kapsch and customer safety standards while supporting the integration, functionality, troubleshooting, and repair of tolling system components.Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Project, Word)What Makes You a Great Fit5+ years installation supervisory experience in managing multiple teamsConstruction scheduling experienceHigh School diploma and/or additional trade or technical school training.Relevant experience may include RF or Electrical trainingCandidates should have hands on experience utilizing multi-meters, fiber optic systems, and hand toolsExperience with RF or microwave is a plusAbility to flexible full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Ability to work outdoors in ALL weather conditions.Availability to travel approximately 75% of the time, based on project needs.Flexibility to work schedules driven by project requirements, including weekends, night shifts, and extended hours when required.Our top Candidates will have prior tolling experienceWhat We OfferThe opportunity to solve complex problems that improve the daily lives of people.Career growth, stability, and the opportunity to develop within a global organization.A full benefits package, including unlimited paid time off, 11 paid holidays, 401(k), a no-cost medical insurance option for employees and eligible dependents, and an FSA option.Become part of our team and drive innovation in mobility.A Note on How We Use AI: We believe hiring is a human decision.
