Our ideal candidate is an experienced Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD or equivalent) with a passion for mentoring, a servant leadership style, and collaborative approach. We do work according to AAHA standards and protocols, but we give individual freedom to doctors to treat and diagnose within those standards.
