Looking for 2nd shift press operators Monday - Friday: 3:30 pm - 2:00 am. Weekend overtime available at time and a half and/or double time.

Entry level press operators – progressive & transfer presses

You'll be trained to operate and maintain our progressive and transfer press machines — essential equipment that keeps our production running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating transfer machines and positioning workpieces
- Loading coils and threading material through dies
- Inspecting stamped parts for quality
- Using measuring tools like gages, calipers, and micrometers
- Performing basic preventive maintenance and keeping your area clean
- Following SPC techniques to ensure product accuracy
We are looking for:
- Mechanical aptitude — if you like working with your hands, you'll fit right in
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk throughout your shift
- Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and moving materials
Pay range: $18.59-$23.46 plus.75 shift premium
