Your Role - What You'll Achieve

• Conduct both routine and complex laboratory tests, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering strictly to established protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy of results by analyzing data meticulously, troubleshooting inconsistencies, and conducting preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Participate in specimen collection and adequately prepare samples for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all processes, mentor new team members or students, and uphold rigorous laboratory quality standards.
• Maintain a spotless and safe workspace while complying with regulatory guidelines and accreditation prerequisites.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health, accompanied by preparatory courses for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Commit to keeping your certification current throughout your tenure.
