About the job Nurse Manager of NICU (RN) Position Overview Search Group Solutions is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Nurse Manager of NICU (RN) to lead a high-acuity Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Arlington, TX . This role is ideal for a strong nursing leader with a passion for neonatal care, staff development, and clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide overall clinical and operational leadership for the NICU Ensure delivery of high-quality, family-centered neonatal care Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and performance metrics Mentor, coach, and develop NICU nursing staff Maintain compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and executive leadership Drive quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement Qualifications Active RN license (Texas or Compact eligible) BSN required; MSN strongly preferred Minimum of 3–5 years NICU clinical experience Previous Nurse Manager, Charge Nurse, or Nursing Supervisor experience required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to lead teams in a critical care environment Why Join?
