Welder Fabricator

Welder PositionWe're seeking a skilled and safety-conscious welder to join our growing team. This role is critical to the success of our automation and integration projects, requiring precision, reliability, and a commitment to quality. The ideal candidate will support both in-house fabrication and on-site installations, contributing to the seamless execution of custom automation solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG and TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless componentsInterpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbolsFabricate and assemble structural and mechanical parts to specConduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety standardsCollaborate with engineering and field teams to support project timelinesMaintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work areaTravel to client sites as needed for installation and supportQualificationsRequired:3+ years of welding/fabrication experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Proficiency in MIG welding; TIG welding experience preferred.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication prints.Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and measurement tools.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.Preferred:Experience in custom machinery or automation equipment.Familiarity with cutting saw, CNC plasma cutting, Water jet or press brake operation.Certification in welding (AWS or equivalent).Forklift and overhead crane experience.What We OfferCompetitive hourly rate + overtime opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with company contributionPaid time off and holidaysCareer advancement opportunitiesHands-on work in a growing automation companyTeam-based work environmentScheduleMonday–Friday (Day shift)Overtime and Saturday work as needed for projects
