What You'll Do

• Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, and orders
• Process customer orders accurately
• Update customer accounts and information in the system
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Provide exceptional customer service on every interaction
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records
• Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Support daily office operations as needed

Preferred Experience

• Experience in any of the following is a plus: Customer Service, Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Retail Sales, Banking or Teller Experience, Call Center, Front Desk, Hospitality, Order Entry, Data Entry, Office Administration

No industry experience? No problem! We provide training for motivated candidates who have strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
