What You’ll Do Every Day Work on landscape, maintenance, and construction projects , helping build patios, walkways, retaining walls, and more. Use hand and power tools to prepare sites, dig trenches, and move materials. Operate landscape equipment and machinery safely and efficiently. Keep the job site clean and safe , securing tools and materials at the end of each day. Work alongside experienced team members to learn new skills and techniques. Participate in snow operations during winter months , keeping properties safe when needed. What It Takes to Succeed A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work outdoors in all seasons, and handle the demands of construction work. A valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain one before starting. Experience with construction, landscaping, or using equipment is a plus—but we’re willing to train motivated individuals. A commitment to safety, teamwork, and getting the job done right.
