US Expansion AI Program Manager

Job Overview The AI Program Manager is responsible for driving construction-focused AI initiatives that improve project outcomes across safety, quality, cost, and schedule. The role connects business and technical teams to identify high-impact opportunities, guide implementation, and ensure solutions are successfully adopted. Responsibilities Lead a portfolio of AI supported initiatives supporting construction from concept through implementation and adoption. Partner with construction, engineering, operations, and technical teams to define and prioritize AI use cases. Develop and manage program roadmaps, budgets, timelines, and success metrics. Establish governance for scope, risk, organizational change, and executive reporting. Drive adoption through pilots and training while promoting responsible AI practices. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Data Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, construction, operations, or technology delivery. 2+ years of experience supporting AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives. Experience leading cross-functional programs with business and technical stakeholders. Strong knowledge of program governance, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field. Experience delivering AI or machine learning solutions in construction, engineering, or industrial environments. Familiarity with tools such as BIM, project controls, scheduling, ERP, or EHS platforms. Experience with use cases like predictive scheduling, cost forecasting, safety analytics, or document intelligence. PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certification and success driving adoption and measurable business outcomes. Compensation The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $107,000.00 - $193,000.00 a year. Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses, and equity.
