Facility: Med/Surg | Location: Wilmington, NC, Part-Time | Work Schedule: 7 a.m. - Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. Licensure/certification/registration: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions. Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and monitor patient progress. Prioritize care and manage multiple patient needs in a fast-paced acute care environment. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and support positive patient outcomes. Promote a safe environment while following evidence-based practices, hospital policies, and patient safety standards.
