About Unitas Funding

Unitas Funding is a private lender specializing in Fix & Flip, Ground Up, Bridge, and DSCR loans for real estate investors nationwide. We are expanding our sales team and hiring Account Executives with at least a year of sales experience who want to build a long-term career in lending. Prior lending experience is not required. New Account Executives receive structured training in our loan products and sales process, along with ongoing mentorship from senior originators.

Responsibilities

• Make 50–80 cold calls daily
• Build and maintain broker and borrower relationships that generate repeat business
• Manage each loan from initial contact through closing, coordinating with processing and underwriting to keep deals on schedule
• Work toward a monthly production target of $1.5–2.5M in loan volume once ramped
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in our CRM

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying or commission-based sales role
• Cold calling experience and comfort with high daily call volume
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Bachelor's degree required
