Project Manager (Non-IT): IV (Lead) Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid Contract Details
About the Client This client is a Fortune 500 agricultural cooperative - the largest of its kind in the United States - a farmer-owned enterprise rooted in the belief that the people who grow food should have a stake in how it's processed, marketed, and sold. Founded in 1931 and governed by a board of active farmers and ranchers, this organization operates as a true cooperative: owned by the agricultural producers and cooperatives it serves. The company's scope is broad and consequential. It handles grain handling and marketing, agronomy and crop inputs, food processing, financial services for agricultural businesses, and energy distribution through one of North America's largest fuel and convenience networks. It serves customers in 65 countries, connecting American agricultural production to global markets and consumers. With more than 10,000 employees and a mission directly tied to the viability of American agriculture, this organization offers professionals the opportunity to work within a sector that matters - one that touches the food supply, rural economies, and global commodity markets. The cooperative structure means the firm's success is measured not just in returns but in how well it supports the producers who own it. Teams here span agronomists, grain merchandisers, energy distribution specialists, financial services professionals, and supply chain and logistics experts. Employees describe a culture where people genuinely care about one another and about the mission of supporting agriculture, with strong compensation and benefits grounded in a values-driven cooperative model. For professionals who want to build a career inside an organization with authentic purpose - one that feeds communities and supports the farmers who make it possible - this cooperative offers a meaningful and rewarding environment.
