Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Current, unencumbered South Carolina physical therapy license required prior to start of assignment. Home Health experience required. Must be familiar with home visit workflows and documentation. Experience supervising and evaluating Physical Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides preferred. Ability to perform patient evaluations and provide therapeutic services per physicians' orders, including development and updating of plans of care. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance required for home visits. Current CPR certification required. Proficiency with basic computer functions, electronic documentation, email, and online training platforms preferred. 2–3 years of physical therapy experience preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Evenings. Schedule Pattern: 5x8. Direct supervisory responsibilities: Supervises and evaluates PTAs and Home Health Aides as assigned. Must perform home visits and evaluate home environments as part of treatment and discharge planning.
