Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assisting at the front desk to greet our guests and enter them appropriately in the electronic system according to the reason for their visit.
• Taking phone calls, scanning and indexing documentation and processing of faxes.
• Assisting with the making of Appointments for outside referrals and testing.
• Ensures that Health Services leadership remains apprised and updated on pertinent matters requiring their attention.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Current/active certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) from an approved program of study.

· Prior experience with an Electronic Medical Record.

Additional Information

Valid Colorado Driver's license must be maintained at all times.
