Daily Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as scrapers, trackhoes, motor graders, bulldozers, front end loaders, Backhoes, Skidsteers, Mini excavators, dump trucks, Hydro excavators
- Excavate and prepare sites for construction projects
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution
- Conduct heavy equipment repairs and maintenance as needed
Required Skills:
- Experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment
- Knowledge of civil construction techniques and best practices
- Ability to operate various heavy equipment, including trackhoes, motor graders, and bulldozers skidsteers, backhoes, Mini excavators, dump trucks, Hydro excavator
- Experience with road construction and highway construction projects
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
Nice to Have Skills:
- Welding and fabrication skills
- Previous experience operating bobcats, mini excavators, dump trucks, pipe layers, Underground utility work
- Knowledge of flagging procedures for construction sites
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $62,425 to $80,388 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer health insurance, 401(k) options, sick leave, and paid time off.
