The Financial Analyst will play a key role in financial analysis, physician compensation, bonus calculations, reporting, and data analytics. This position will work extensively with large data sets, including pulling, cleaning, manipulating, and analyzing data from multiple sources to develop meaningful insights and support business decisions.Key Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:Prepare recurring financial reports, analyses, and dashboards to support business and operational decision-makingAnalyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, and communicate key findings to leadershipAssist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and other FP&A activitiesDevelop and maintain financial models and analytical tools to support business initiativesSupport the calculation and administration of physician compensation and incentive/bonus programsAssist with process improvements and automation related to physician compensationWork with large and complex data sets from multiple systems and sourcesPull data using SQL and transform raw data into usable analytical datasetsCollaborate with Finance, Operations, Human Resources, IT/Data, and clinical leadershipQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field1–3 years of relevant financial analysis, FP&A, business intelligence, or data analytics experience.
