Escrow Assistant

Escrow Assistant – First American – Heber City, UT Join our Escrow team in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where you will provide critical administrative and customer support to help make the dream of homeownership a reality. What You'll Do Assist in the escrow process: opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling full disbursement and follow‑up. Communicate regularly with customers throughout the escrow process flow. Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings. Use a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, ensuring a high‑quality customer experience. Problem‑solving mindset, strong organizational skills, detail oriented, natural curiosity and eagerness to learn. Team oriented, contributing to a collaborative environment that exceeds customer expectations. Knowledge of MS Office and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies. High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of escrow‑related experience preferred.
