Accounting Associate

A growing privately owned company is seeking an Accounting Associate to join its corporate accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys learning new skills, taking on increasing responsibility, and building a long-term career in accounting. The position offers exposure to multiple areas of accounting and finance, with opportunities to grow beyond initial responsibilities over time. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. Responsibilities Process accounts payable transactions Assist with billing and invoicing activities Support payroll-related processes Perform bank reconciliations Assist with month-end close activities Support audit preparation and financial reporting requirements Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation Provide general administrative support as needed Qualifications Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or office administration is helpful but not required College graduates and candidates looking to start or grow an accounting career are encouraged to apply Why Consider This Opportunity?
