We are sharing an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate or Junior Partner to join a top DC firm's Corporate Securities Practice. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with clients on sophisticated transactions and collaborate with law firm leadership.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced securities or corporate governance attorney seeking a platform that offers sophisticated work, meaningful client interaction, and a stronger voice within a growing practice. Compensation & Location
- Location: Washington, DC
- Compensation: Starting at $215,000
- Schedule: Hybrid
Qualifications
- Experience appropriate for a Senior Associate or Junior Partner-level attorney
- Strong background in corporate and securities law
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and complex legal matters
