Litigation Attorney (Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist)

*Litigation Attorney (Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist) – Philadelphia, PA *

As we proudly celebrate our 80th anniversary, Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC continues to build on eight decades of legal excellence, collaboration, and investment in outstanding talent. We are seeking an attorney with 5+ years of significant experience in handling Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist matters. Experience should include drafting pleadings, answering written discovery, taking depositions and participation in arbitrations/trials.

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

· JD from an accredited Law School

· Admitted to practice in PA, Admission to the NJ bar a plus

· Experience with drafting coverage opinions and/or experience with auto insurance-related bad faith cases a plus

The firm currently works under a hybrid schedule. This means you will be able to work from home for a portion of your workweek. The details of this schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
