Role Description The Real Estate Agent role at The RFC Group is a hybrid position based in Los Angeles, CA. The agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, including conducting property showings, hosting open houses, preparing listing presentations, and advising clients on pricing and market trends. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, managing leads, coordinating with the in-house lending and construction teams, and guiding clients through offers, negotiations, and escrow processes. Agents are also expected to act as transaction coordinators throughout each deal, ensuring all deadlines, disclosures, documentation, and communications are handled efficiently from contract to closing. Additional responsibilities include preparing and reviewing contracts, maintaining accurate records, and delivering a high level of client service and professionalism. Collaboration with colleagues and active participation in local market activities are essential to building strong relationships and driving business growth. Qualifications Current Real Estate License in the state of California and solid knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property principles. Proven Sales experience in residential real estate, with the ability to generate leads and close transactions. Strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication, responsiveness, and client relationship management. Familiarity with local Los Angeles market trends, property valuation, and basic real estate finance concepts. Ability to work on-site, including evenings and weekends as needed for showings and open houses. Proficiency with real estate CRM systems, MLS platforms, and standard office productivity tools. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and capacity to travel to properties and client appointments.
