Quality Inspector

Quality Inspector-1st Shift Contract Rochester Hills, MI $20.50-22.00/hr. Responsible to audit incoming material and Base Vehicles (Isuzu trucks), in process and finish product before shipping at dock audit stage. Duties / Responsibilities: Perform product audits as required at incoming, production and finish product. Verify and inspect startup of production (Quality Checklist and Torque Tools as needed). Verify components to the design intent and record the data as required. Support problem solving activities, as required. Perform quality tasks on a weekly basis: Torque Audit inspection, Scrap monitoring and Hold Cage control. Support during containment activities at production and/or customer site as needed. Perform other job-related duties as assigned related to the vehicles. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, required, technical training preferred. At least 1 year of experience in an automotive production environment, preferred. Previous quality containment exposure preferred Experience working in a team environment is highly desired.
