Banking Operations Analyst

To ensure the integrity and efficiency of financial operations, the full-time remote Banking Operations Analyst will manage cash flow, payment processing, and bank account activity while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key responsibilities Monitor and manage program bank accounts and transaction activity, ensuring adequate funding for provider payments Oversee payment processing cycles to ensure accuracy and compliance, resolving any payment failures Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank account reconciliations and produce required financial reports Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, or payment processing Strong background in bank reconciliations and financial reporting Experience working with banks, payment processors, and clearinghouses Proficiency in banking file formats (e.g., NACHA, BAI2, CTX) and advanced Excel skills
