Diesel Technician – Heavy-Duty Trucks & Trailers
Ron’s Repair, Inc. – Worthington, MN. Must be able to commute or relocate
Ron’s Repair, Inc. is a diesel parts and service shop that has been serving the Worthington, MN area for 35 years . We are looking for a skilled and dependable Diesel Technician to join our team and perform maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and trailers .
Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate!
Pay & Benefits- $30–$40 per hour , depending on experience

- Diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy-duty trucks and trailers
- Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on diesel equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues
- Inspect vehicles and components to identify needed repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance and general service work
- Follow established repair and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with the team regarding repairs and service needs
- Previous diesel mechanic or diesel technician experience preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical maintenance and repair methods and practices , particularly with diesel equipment
- Experience working on heavy-duty trucks, trailers, or similar diesel equipment is a plus
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable and committed to quality workmanship
