Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Minimum 1 year of home health experience with a Medicare certified facility
HCHB experience required

Assignment Details
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
No on-call or weekend requirements
May be asked to support other areas within the office radius if needed
