Location MN, Moorhead Specialty Psychology - Adult Visas Accepted N/A Practice Details Sanford Health is seeking Psychologists who are excited to join a thriving, multi-disciplinary team of professionals that value the unique contributions of each team member in our outpatient Adult Behavioral Health Clinic. Designed to fit the needs of each patient, we provide care through in-person and video telehealth services and offer both individual and group therapy opportunities in our practice.Practice Details: Clinic practice Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm No nights, weekends or holidays Adult Psychologist team provides outpatient diagnostic assessment and psychotherapy services and provides consultation services for the medical, psychiatric and partial hospitalization units on a rotating basis. Clinical team includes 7 psychologists, 13 psychiatrists, 2 psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners and 5 masters level therapists in addition to a highly skilled support team of social workers and RNs Consistent collaboration with each other with regular department case consultations to support wellbeing and enhance clinical care Beautiful, patient-centered clinic in Moorhead, MN Busy, dynamic practice committed to providing care to diverse patient populations Opportunity to provide supervision and teaching within both predoctoral and postdoctoral training programs A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and growth Compensation Package Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $122,286 - $158,253 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.Additional incentives may be offered.
