Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to recipe and presentation standards
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and ticket times during high-volume service
• Assist with prep work, station setup, and kitchen organization
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout shifts
• Communicate effectively with culinary and front-of-house teams
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and proper storage of food products
• Support beach club, poolside, and restaurant food operations as needed

• Previous restaurant, resort, or high-volume kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a hot kitchen environment
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
