We are currently seeking to expand our team to include a highly motivated and detailed Production and Capacity Planner.In this role, you will handle a portfolio of products from end-to-end, ensuring we have the right inventory levels to support on time customer deliveries. You will also be responsible for coordinating with the global planning organization to optimize our capacity usage. This is a highly visible and impactful position in a lively and fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesDaily product portfolio oversight and maintenance – including tracking inventory, scheduling backlog, creating sales order deliveries, coordinating priorities with vendor site managers, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks to customer satisfactionCollaborating and meeting with Sales and Demand Management to understand customer requirements and resolve supply disconnectsAnalyzing wafer requirementsCollaborating closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales and FinancePerforming scheduled and ad-hoc reporting and analysis for internal and external customers including weekly product status, revenue achievement, forecast gaps and attainment, material forecast/requests, monthly/quarterly reviews, etc.Ensuring completeness and accuracy of supply chain dataParticipating in the development, testing, and implementation of new processes and building new tools as neededRequired Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s Degree (BBA, BA or BS) in Supply Chain management or equivalent0-3 years of work experienceProven critical thinking skillsAnalytical skills utilizing large amounts of data to make appropriate recommendations and decisionsExcellent interpersonal skillsHighly proficient in ExcelPreferred Skills and QualificationsSemiconductor supply chain experienceSAP and MRP Experience a plusAbility to travel internationally/domestically 2-3 weeks/yearResults-oriented, task-driven teammateExport control restrictions based upon applicable laws and regulations would prohibit candidates who are nationals of certain embargoed countries from working in this position without Cirrus Logic first obtaining an export license.
