Description: RN/Cath Lab Ratios: 1:1. Years of experience REQ: 2. First-timers accepted: Yes. Weekend REQ: Every other. Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS. Is on-call REQ? Yes. What is the req? Rotating call, which includes evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. Can change as needed per unit needs. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, within service line. Open to accommodating block schedule? No. Locals accepted: No. What is the local radius rule? Home address must be at least 75 miles from facility. Pending License accepted: Yes. RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days. Guaranteed Hours: 40. Personnel is assigned. Special Requirements: Need candidates with level 1 trauma and experience in high volume/high level of acuity Cath lab to successful in our procedural area.

Patient Diagnoses: Top Diagnoses: AMI, Chest pain, Heart failure, NSTEMI, Aortic Stenosis, V-Tach, Endocarditis, Afib, Peripheral vascular disease, Sick sinus syndrome. Special Procedures/Unit Details: RN Circulator needed to work in the diagnostic and interventional PCI environment. RN circulator will provide conscious sedation under the direction of the attending, handoff sterile supplies, asses vitals, and document in EPIC. Will likely cross train to run hemodynamics in the monitor tech role. Required: interventional scrub experience. Special Equipment: Epic documentation system, Impella. IABP.
