Role Summary As a Marketing Representative at The Venture Events, you’ll be on the front lines of our direct marketing campaigns, connecting directly with potential customers on behalf of our clients. This role is about driving sales, building relationships, and effectively communicating brand value through engaging, in-person interactions. Key Responsibilities Execute direct marketing campaigns at various high-traffic locations, events, and retail partnerships. Engage directly with consumers to present client products and services. Explain features, benefits, and value propositions clearly and persuasively. Qualify leads and close sales for our clients. Build rapport and foster positive relationships with potential customers. Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales. Collaborate with team members and report daily progress. Act as a brand advocate, maintaining integrity and professionalism. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Goal-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or direct marketing is a plus, but not required.
