Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Salesperson role based in Keene, NH. The Salesperson will build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and other customers, providing product recommendations and solutions for residential, commercial, industrial, and solar projects. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up on leads to meet and exceed sales targets. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate product availability, timely delivery, and excellent customer service. The Salesperson will also stay informed about industry trends and product developments to offer knowledgeable guidance and support to customers. Qualifications Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including prospecting, account management, and consultative selling. Solid communication and interpersonal abilities, with capacity to explain technical product information clearly and professionally. Basic understanding of electrical products, systems, or construction industries; willingness to learn and develop technical product knowledge. Proficiency with standard office and business software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or ERP systems) and comfort working with quotes and order entry. Demonstrated reliability, organization, and attention to detail in managing multiple customers, orders, and deadlines. Ability to work on‑site in Keene, NH, including occasional warehouse or counter support as needed. Prior experience in sales, distribution, or a related field is preferred; experience in electrical or construction supply is a plus.
