Position Overview

A full-time Non-Invasive Cardiologist opportunity is available within an established and growing cardiovascular program. This role offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities while working alongside a multidisciplinary team that includes interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and a heart failure specialist.

The position provides access to a well-supported clinical environment with a strong patient base and advanced cardiac services.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide non-invasive cardiology care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage cardiovascular conditions
• Perform and interpret cardiac diagnostic procedures, including:
• Echocardiography
• Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE)
• Cardiac monitoring and related studies
• Participate in shared call coverage (approximately 1:5 rotation)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and surgeons
• Work closely with advanced practice providers (Client and NPs) for coordinated patient care
• Contribute to both primary clinic and satellite clinic coverage as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified or board eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
• Completion of:
• Internal Medicine residency
• Cardiovascular Disease fellowship (non-invasive focus preferred)
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted state medical license
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in non-invasive cardiology
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
