Experienced Truss Builder (Production) – $17–$19/hr We are hiring experienced Truss Builders for a fast‑paced production facility. This is a hands‑on role assembling roof and floor trusses on a production table—not a helper position. Pay $17–$19/hr (based on experience) Schedule Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Saturday as needed Responsibilities Assemble roof and floor trusses on production tables Measure, cut, and secure lumber accurately Operate nail guns, saws, presses, and hand tools Work in a 2‑person team to meet daily production goals Inspect materials and finished products for quality Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Requirements 3+ years of truss building experience (production environment required) Experience working on a truss table (not general construction only) Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physical environment Reliable transportation and strong attendance Willingness to work overtime Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Why Work With Us Stable, long‑term opportunity Competitive pay based on experience Weekly pay Growth potential in a production environment #J-18808-Ljbffr PRT Staffing
