Job Responsibilities:

• Provide first response to user inquiries, create service tickets, and perform initial troubleshooting
• Answer phones, escalate necessary issues, and provide remote support for IT queries
• Resolve complex technical issues, including software, hardware, and network connectivity problems
• Utilize specialized expertise to handle technical challenges and resolve difficult software and hardware bugs
• Travel to local client locations to support their installations and troubleshooting needs
• Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers 

Job Requirements:

• 2-5 years of relevant IT Support or Help Desk experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with supporting tablets and mobile devices (Mac and/or Android)
• Previous exposure to remote desktop support
• Preferred 1+ years of IT consulting experience and 2+ years of system administration experience
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; strong written communication skills
• Ability to problem solve with the customers satisfaction as the end goal
