Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for water and wastewater treatment plant projects Perform quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and bid leveling Analyze plans, specifications, and contract documents Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals Coordinate closely with project management and field operations teams Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews Develop conceptual budgets during early project planning Support proposal preparation and client presentations Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors in the utilities market Experience 5+ years of construction estimating experience Experience estimating water / wastewater treatment projects Background with municipal or public infrastructure projects Experience with process mechanical, concrete structures, utilities, and civil scopes Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
