Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting Field Technical Support opportunities in Phoenix, AZ (Onsite Role). Responsibilities Provide desktop, laptop, and hardware/software support for end users in a corporate banking environment. Configure, install, deploy, test, and replace desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, and related hardware components. Troubleshoot and support Windows 11, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other enterprise applications. Perform PC imaging, reimaging, software installation, upgrades, and device refresh activities. Back up, restore, recover, and migrate user data during device replacements and operating system deployments. Manage and resolve hardware, software, and access‑related incidents while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Utilize ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems to track, update, and document incidents, service requests, and resolutions. Support desktop management and infrastructure technologies, including: Assist users with multi‑factor/two‑factor authentication issues and account access troubleshooting. Perform cross‑functional troubleshooting and collaborate with support teams to prevent issue escalation. Validate software installations, verify system functionality, and ensure devices meet organizational standards. Utilize enterprise support tools and utilities to diagnose and resolve end‑user technology issues. Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, work orders, asset updates, and ticket resolutions. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience providing desktop, hardware, and software support in a professional enterprise environment. Strong experience with Windows 11 administration, support, and imaging. Proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and Windows OS. Experience supporting desktop, laptop, and virtual desktop environments. Working knowledge of server technologies and Cisco networking fundamentals. Experience with device imaging, software deployment, data backup, recovery, and restoration. Familiarity with VDI, patch management, endpoint security, encryption technologies, and desktop infrastructure tools. Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ticketing platforms preferred. Knowledge of two‑factor authentication (2FA) and user access support. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Compensation Pay: $32.85 per hour. Shift: 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM, Monday‑Friday. Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite Role).
