Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines. Conduct code reviews and mentor team members on modern Android development. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks. Design scalable, maintainable app architecture following clean architecture principles. Implement reactive UI with Jetpack Compose using state hoisting and unidirectional data flow. Develop domain layer with use cases and repository pattern. Create data layer with Room, Retrofit, and other persistence solutions. Optimize app performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency. Lead a team of Android developers, providing technical guidance and career mentorship. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define requirements.
