And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionAs a Platform Lead for Integrated Robotics, you will be a leader for your assigned products and technologies through every aspect of their journey. You will shape the future of the customer solutions and help them grow a loyal internal and external customer base. You'll involve yourself with product strategy and execution from beginning to end, working with a cross-functional team that includes sales, marketing, legal, product development and engineering as well as partner companies that work with you. You will contribute to the success of our world-class Logix control architecture and will use and align with the priorities set by our Software and Control business management. You will work Hybrid in either Milwaukee or Mequon, WI. You will report to Director, Business Management – Motion Control.Primary Responsibilities:Manage full solution requirements for dependent products/technologies across multiple BU's, including hardware, software and application-oriented deliverables.Manage all aspects of product lifecycle of assigned products/feature sets from strategic planning to tactical activities (feature definition to launch and support)Lead new feature development from concept through commercialization, including voice of customer research, definition of customer and product requirements and value proposition, public presentations and competitive analysis.Be the main contact person for partner companies within the Industrial Robotics domain. Define jointed go-to-market strategies and identify further opportunities for collaborationDevelop business cases and own all product management responsibilities to drive adoption and grow the customer base of assigned products/technologies.Analyze market trends, customer requirements and competitive strategies to identify opportunities to increase customer and business value through product differentiation.Develop the right products and features to fill market needs.
