Job Details We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and passionate Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Family Medicine Physician at our facility, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages - from pediatrics to geriatrics. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, focusing on long-term, preventive care. This is a full-time permanent position, offering the opportunity to establish strong patient relationships and contribute to the overall health and wellbeing of our community.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, comprehensive, and compassionate patient care, focusing on preventive health and wellness.
• Conduct routine check-ups to patients to assess their health condition and discover possible issues.
• Collaborate with other physicians, physician assistants, and nurses to form a high performing medical team.
• Perform diagnostic tests to obtain information about patients' medical conditions.
• Interpret diagnostic tests, develop, and implement treatment plans.
• Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
• Provide guidance on health maintenance and disease prevention to patients.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Stay updated with advancements in medicine and integrate them into patient treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency.
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
• A minimum of 1 years of experience practicing as a Family Medicine Physician.
• Proven experience in diagnostic testing and internal medicine.
• Strong understanding and passion for preventive care and wellness.
• Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills.
• A strong commitment to patient safety and privacy.
• Ability to work within a team and coordinate with other healthcare professionals.
• Valid and active medical license in the state of practice.
• Current DEA license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
