Job Title: Compounder
Location: East Hanover, NJ
Pay: $25.54/hr (training) $28.60/hr (shift differential)

Schedule

• Training: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday (7:00am–3:30pm) for 4–6 weeks
• Permanent: 3rd Shift, Sunday night-Thursday night (11:00pm–7:30am)

Overview

Seeking a reliable Compounder to support production by mixing and processing materials according to formulas and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow formulas and instructions to mix, heat/cool, and process batches
• Inspect materials for quality (color, odor, etc.) and report issues
• Filter, sample, and handle materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with GMP and OSHA standards
• Complete production records and assist with inventory/material handling

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or compounding experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Comfortable working overnight shifts
• Ability to work safely and maintain accurate records
