Flexible and supportive workplace culture focused on employee development. Key Responsibilities Develop architectural designs and construction documents for projects of varying size and complexity. Collaborate with project managers, architects, consultants, and clients throughout all project phases. Assist with programming, conceptual design, design development, and construction administration. Utilize Revit and other design software to prepare drawings, specifications, and presentations. Coordinate with engineering consultants and internal project teams. Participate in client meetings and help maintain strong client relationships. Ensure projects meet quality standards, schedules, and budget requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. Licensed Architect preferred, but Architectural Designers pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply. 3+ years of professional architectural experience preferred. Proficiency in Revit required. Strong understanding of construction documents, detailing, and building systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
