Help Desk Analyst - Topeka, KS - Contract - $15-25 Per HR

Join our team as a Help Desk Analyst I, providing technical support in a hybrid setting in the Topeka, KS region. This contract role requires proficiency in various technologies and involves diagnosing and resolving IT incidents and service requests. Work collaboratively in a dynamic environment, supporting internal users with hardware and software issues.

Description

Provide first-line IT support for internal employees and contractors.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues remotely and on-site.
Support a range of devices, including laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications.
Utilize ticketing systems to document and manage incidents.
Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection policies.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
Engage in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
Document and manage incidents using a ticketing system.
Assist with user onboarding and access management processes.
Collaborate with IT teams to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support environment.
Strong customer service, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with enterprise technologies in large corporate settings preferred.
Industry certifications such as CompTIA or Microsoft are preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
