Senior Director, Partnership Development (NYC or LA)

Opportunity Allied Sports is hiring a Senior Director of Partnership Development to join our fast‑growing team in securing commercial revenue for our portfolio of prestigious property clients. Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new corporate partnerships across our diverse roster of property partners. Proactively and independently pursue new regional, national, and global partnership opportunities. Shape go‑to‑market strategy and lead the development of ROI‑driven proposals and presentations tailored to prospective partner goals. Lead all stages of the full sales cycle: prospecting, ideation, pitching, and negotiating to close. Collaborate with Partnership Solutions leads to develop partnership platforms and asset compilations. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at property clients. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and consistently meet or exceed individual revenue targets. Identify new partnerships and revenue streams across Allied Sports’ ecosystem, including Talent, Brand Marketing, and Experiential Divisions. Deliver regular sales forecasting and pipeline reporting to leadership and property clients. Qualifications 7+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in driving high‑value, multi‑year partnerships with leading brands and properties. Established connections with senior leaders at top companies across a wide range of industries and geographies. Strong relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders and cross‑functional collaboration. Deep understanding of the Sports & Entertainment landscape; sports property, league, or agency experience preferred. Ability to problem‑solve independently and within a team environment. Excellent time management, multitasking and organizational skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to travel and work non‑traditional hours, including weekends.
