• The pay for this position is $50/hr - $55/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Monday-Friday (Work / Life Balance)
\n
• No night or weekend calls
\n
• Interview, coordinate, and plan programs and activities to meet the psychosocial needs of the patient
\n
• Provide consultation and education
\n
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the overall health and well-being of the patient
\n
• Conduct intake and assessment of patients' available resources and needs
\n
• Formulate assessments and direct treatment accordingly
\n
• Develop an individual-based and/or group-based treatment plan, including medical, psychological, financial, and other life issues
\n
• Maintain quality assurance of the program
\n
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
\n

Requirements

\n

\n
• Bilingual English/Spanish - Able to conduct the full assessment without an interpreter
\n
• 1 year of perinatal experience
\n
• Current CA LCSW License
\n
