Job Description

Closing Shift Lead - Crumbl Cookies

Crumbl is looking for a confident, reliable Closing Shift Lead who can keep the energy high, the cookies beautiful, and the team moving in the right direction. You'll take ownership of the evening shift, support your crew through the dinner rush, and make sure the store is clean, stocked, and ready to succeed the next morning.

This role is designed for someone who leads by example, stays calm when things get busy, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever help is needed.

Pay and Schedule

Earn $17–$21 per hour, including tips.

Closing shifts typically run from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Availability on both Friday and Saturday is required, along with dependable, year-round availability.

Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.

Full-Time Benefits

Eligible full-time team members receive:

• Two weeks of paid vacation
• Health insurance options
• One guaranteed weekend day off
• 50% off Crumbl products
• Employee referral bonuses of up to $1,000
• 15% tuition discount through Southern New Hampshire University
• Opportunities for continued leadership development and advancement

Own the Close

As a Closing Shift Lead, you'll be the person your team looks to for direction, encouragement, and answers. You'll:

• Lead and motivate the evening crew
• Assign stations, delegate tasks, and keep the shift on schedule
• Maintain excellent cookie quality and presentation
• Support baking, decorating, packaging, and guest service
• Handle customer concerns with confidence and professionalism
• Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and company standards
• Complete closing checklists, cash-handling duties, and shift documentation
• Coordinate cleaning, restocking, and preparation for the next morning
• Communicate important updates to store leadership
• Make sure the team finishes together-not just at the same time

The Kind of Leader We're Looking For

Great leadership isn't about standing back and giving instructions. It's about setting the pace, supporting your people, and stepping in when the team needs you.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Bring dependable, positive energy to every shift
• Communicate clearly and respectfully
• Can make decisions and solve problems in the moment
• Hold yourself and others accountable
• Stay organized when the store gets busy
• Know how to coach without bringing down the mood
• Take pride in leaving the store better than you found it
• Are ready to grow into greater leadership opportunities

Restaurant or retail leadership experience is helpful, but we're also open to strong team members who are ready to take their first step into management.

Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation home after closing. This is an active leadership role requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Candidates must be available to work closing shifts from approximately 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM, including both Fridays and Saturdays.

Ready to Lead the Night?

If you can bring out the best in a team, keep your cool during a rush, and take satisfaction in a close done right, we want to meet you.
