Chronos is a lifecycle marketing agency for DTC ecommerce brands and a Klaviyo Master Elite Partner. Our marketing team is small: a strategist, a founder who films, and you. One number matters to all of us: sales-qualified leads.

You own the execution layer end to end. Everything that moves (publishing, packaging, replies, trackers, reports) is yours to run without being chased. And this is more than a coordinator role: we expect you to notice what's broken or underperforming and act on it, inside clear boundaries. Strategy and positioning stay with the team. The machine is yours.

Reports to: Senior Content Strategist

Ship the work:

• Publish blog posts, case studies, and landing pages on WordPress with Elementor: images, alt text, metadata, internal links, and a full pre-publish check (links work, images load, formatting holds on mobile)
• Build and update landing pages in HubSpot, and execute page fixes on chronos.agency
• Upload and package YouTube videos: titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, thumbnails, captions. Refresh the packaging on older videos when we decide to
• Build, QA, and schedule newsletter sends from supplied copy
• Handle routine comments and replies across our channels. Anything substantive, sensitive, or sales-related goes to the team the same day; those are never yours to answer
• Support the Instagram pipeline: schedule approved posts, keep the B-roll library organised, coordinate freelance editors against the brief
• Repurpose long-form content (YouTube videos, podcast episodes, case studies) into posts, clips, and newsletter items on an agreed cadence

Run the machine:

• Own the ClickUp boards, content trackers, and publishing calendars. Nothing sits stuck without someone knowing
• Deliver a Monday scoreboard: HubSpot, YouTube Studio, and GA4 numbers pulled into one readable weekly report rather than a pile of exports
• Run and improve our AI automations (we use Claude heavily) for uploads, SEO fields, and report pulls, and document the SOPs as you go

Find and fix:

• Keep a weekly problem log, reviewed with your manager: what you found, what you proposed, what you shipped. This is the core habit of the role
• Hunt for the quiet leaks: blog posts losing rankings, videos with falling click-through, broken pages, trackers drifting out of date, handoffs that keep stalling

How decisions work:

• Just do it: fixes to already-published assets (typos, broken links, missing metadata), tracker and board upkeep, routine replies, report pulls, and refresh work we've agreed on
• Propose first: new content refreshes, title or thumbnail changes on top performers, process or automation changes. Post the proposal; if nobody objects within 24 hours, go
• Always with sign-off: anything that states strategy, positioning, or pricing; anything with a client's name or numbers in it; new channels; replies that could blow up

What good looks like at 90 days:

• Everything scheduled shipped on time, with zero public-facing errors
• The Monday scoreboard running without prompting by week four
• At least ten found-and-fixed improvements in your problem log
• A steady YouTube refresh routine, with before-and-after click-through tracked
• Your manager's hands-on publishing time close to zero

What we're looking for:

• Exceptional attention to detail. This role touches live pages, published content, and client-facing assets. Broken links, wrong images, missing metadata, and typos reach the public. We need someone who catches them before others do
• WordPress experience, including publishing posts and pages and editing with Elementor. This is the daily work
• Working knowledge of marketing or content marketing, enough to understand why a task matters rather than only how to complete it
• A story about a problem nobody assigned you that you found and fixed. We will ask
• Confident with AI tools, particularly Claude. If a task repeats, you'd rather automate it than do it twice
• Writes clearly in English and communicates proactively in a remote, async team
• Organised and consistent with data and trackers

Bonus:

• HubSpot familiarity
• YouTube Studio familiarity
• ClickUp experience
• Basic image editing or Canva; video editing is a plus
• SEO fundamentals: metadata, alt text, internal linking

Working setup:

Fully remote and async. At least three hours of daily overlap with GMT+8.

Your numbers:

Publishing velocity and on-time rate. Organic traffic and AI-search citations, shared with your manager. Click-through on refreshed videos. Problems found and shipped each month. Sales-qualified leads are the team's number; your job is to feed it.
