If you are looking for an opportunity to advance with a growing company and enjoy seeing the beauty of craftsmanship come to life, this is the company for you.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare all material before loading onto prefinish machineLoad/unload material properly onto/off the prefinish machineAccountable for the product and assembly you are working onPick material using a stand/sit forkliftManage orders to be completed in full and on timeUse a scanner gun to check inventory and properly adjust material locationsInspect all material for qualityHave constant communication with department lead on progress with work ordersWork together with a team throughout the warehouse to achieve maximum efficiency with 100% complete and on-time deliveriesOther duties as assignedBENEFITSMedical/Dental – Monthly premiums are paid by the companyPaid Time OffHoliday pay401(k) with a 3% company matchPaid weeklyEarly wage access programLife, Accident, and Vision insurance QUALIFICATIONSPrevious machine operating experience (prefinish/millwork experience a plus)Comfortable learning to operate and use a forklift (previous forklift experience preferred)Candidate must have a good work historyAble to lift 50+ poundsSelf-motivated, self-directed team player and team builderAble to understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions, have good communication skills (verbal and written), and be detail orientedCapable of standing for extended periods of timeFlexible in working overtime when necessaryOther duties as assignedWORK SCHEDULEMonday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm, overtime as needed (1st shift)PAY$22-$23/hr.
