Nurse Extern Float Pool

Wesley Medical Center, part of HCA Midwest Health, is seeking a Nurse Extern for our Float Pool. In this role, you will support RNs in delivering safe, patient-centered care across multiple hospital units, gaining broad clinical exposure. Responsibilities include assisting with vital signs, hygiene, mobility, and basic procedures, along with accurate documentation and adherence to safety and infection control standards. You will work within a culture of teamwork, learning, and excellence, with opportunities for mentorship, skills growth, and preparation for a future RN role while contributing to high-quality care for the Wichita community.
