Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center Williamsburg, VA Registered Nurse Manager Hospital Acute Care Unit This role will manage the full responsibilities of an inpatient acute care Medical Telemetry hospital Unit at Williamsburg Regional Medical Center. The Manager will supervise and manage a 24‑hour operation. Shift : Days (flexible) The RN Manager is responsible and accountable for 24 hr operations, including scheduling, evaluations, resources, and mentoring and/or assisting staff. Interviews, hires, and develops team members to achieve a highly effective work team. Engages in talent retention strategies for the area(s) of responsibility.

REQUIREMENTS

2 y or more of RECENT Nursing Leadership in an acute care hospital setting REQUIRED Bachelors in Nursing (or higher) REQUIRED RN License to practice in Virginia REQUIRED Education RN-Bachelor’s Degree, or RN-Master’s Degree Certifications Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire Facility Description Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center is a 145‑bed facility featuring the latest healthcare technologies, serving Williamsburg and the surrounding community.
