The role does not directly support customers, participate in client-facing activities, generate billable utilization, or manage external project engagements.Location: Virtual within the USTravel: Up to 10% travel across the US for team site meetingsOverviewBlue Yonder’s PMO team is seeking a Project Manager to drive operational excellence and innovation within our North America Professional Services organization. This role bridges project management and PMO operations to empower our Professional Services Project Managers and scale our delivery capabilities.What You’ll DoSupport and Lead PMO Initiatives: Own the execution of discrete PMO improvement projects from process standardization to operational efficiency initiatives. Support the broader PMO team in rolling out best practices, governance frameworks, and delivery excellence programs across North America projects. Track initiative progress, manage stakeholder communication, and report on outcomes.PM Needs Assessment and Prioritized Support: Actively track Project Manager needs, pain points, and support requests across the North America organization. Analyze patterns in PM requests to identify common challenges. Prioritize support deliverables based on business impact and PM availability. Provide timely, high-quality operational support to help PMs focus on delivery.PM Artifacts and Documentation Management: Maintain, organize, and standardize all Project Manager artifacts including templates, checklists, status reports, SOWs, project plans, and delivery documentation. Ensure version control, accessibility, and usability across the organization. Drive adoption of standardized templates and documentation practices.AI-Powered Knowledge Repository Development: Leverage AI and automation tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLM platforms) to design and build a centralized Professional Services knowledge repository. Develop intelligent agents and tools that help PMs quickly access best practices, project playbooks, lessons learned, and guidance. Continuously refine the repository based on PM feedback and usage patterns.PS Tools Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and gaps in current PS tools and platforms (Smartsheet, Salesforce, PSA systems, etc.). Propose and pilot process improvements that simplify workflows, reduce manual work, and improve data accuracy. Partner with IT and business teams on implementation and change management.What We're Looking ForEducation & BackgroundBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management is required. Bonus if the degree is from a leading SCM program or institution.2 - 4 years of professional experience in project coordination, business operations, and/or supply chain.At least 1 year of experience in consulting operationsExperience & CompetenciesHands-on experience with project management, process improvement, or operations in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.Demonstrated ability to design, organize, and manage documentation and knowledge systems.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.Technical Skills & ToolsProficiency with project management platforms (Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).Advanced Excel skills and comfort with data analysis, visualization, and reporting.Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Copilot, or similar) and interest in building AI-powered workflows and agents.Basic understanding of APIs, no-code/low-code automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.), and knowledge management systems.Skills & AttributesExceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and project coordination skills.Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence across levels.Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset—comfort with ambiguity and driven to create new solutions using modern tools.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across PM, operations, and technical teams.Supply chain domain knowledge and thinking—applying process discipline and systems thinking to business operations.*LI-AD1#LI-remote-The annual salary range for this position is USD $80,111.54- $114,888.45 plus a bonus potentialThe salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
